Since 2021, Vietwalk has been a trusted fabrication partner to MITSUI E&S, one of Japan’s leading heavy industry and crane manufacturers. This collaboration was made possible thanks to KONGJIN TECHNOS, who acted as the bridge connecting Vietwalk’s capabilities with MITSUI E&S’s global standards.

Our role is to provide precision-engineered steel structures and safety components for their Rubber-Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes, supporting local and global projects.
This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Scope of Work

For each RTG unit, Vietwalk is responsible for fabricating and delivering the following key components:

• Stairways – custom-engineered for operator access and maintenance safety

• Platforms – load-bearing workspaces with precise structural alignment

• Handrails – safety-critical, built to international standards (ISO/JIS)

• Accessories – brackets, covers, and supports tailored to crane-specific requirements

Each component is manufactured from cut, formed, welded, and coated according to strict quality protocols.

Technical Specifications

• Materials: SS400, S355, hot-rolled steel

• Fabrication: CNC cutting, MIG/MAG welding, hydraulic bending

• Coating: Multi-layer anti-corrosion system (primer + epoxy finish)

• Standards: JIS welding procedures, ISO 9001-compliant QA system

• Documentation: Mill certificates, dimensional reports, welding traceability

Every delivery is packed for export and arrives fully ready for installation at the client’s crane assembly line in Vietnam or other global sites.
